Training for Facilitators
The training of the facilitators will follow the cascade training methodology, thus 4 facilitators will be trained in Portugal and then they will come back and train at least 15 other facilitators, who will then train others. The main idea is to train at least 5 non- native facilitators, from the migrant communities, so they will act as facilitators themselves after the completion of the project.
