ABOUT THE PROJECT

ENTER4ALL - Business Development Training and Support for Non - Native Small Business Owners - (Inclusive Entrepreneurship for Non – Natives) is an European Initiative in the field of Vocational Education and Training

Has a duration of 18 months and aims to set up an innovative system of intercultural and entrepreneurial support for the sustainability and development of existing, mainly, businesses owned by non-natives.

The overall objective of the project is contribute to the objective of Inclusion and Diversity in terms of assisting via training and consulting the following groups:

  • Non-Native Solopreneurs and Small Business Owners, who face various barriers in surviving as entrepreneurs: because they are excluded from the support measures for the companies, or they lack fundamental entrepreneurial skills;
  • Associations of Non-Native Solopreneurs and Small Business Owners who need to provide specific support to Non-Native small business owners and also to those who wish to start a small business;
  • Aspiring non-native Solopreneurs and Small Business Owners who wish to start a small business, but are reluctant due to the existing barriers.

To overcome the various barriers that they face, consulting resources and tools for developing entrepreneurial and cultural skills and competencies, so they be able to:

a) secure / maintain current business
b) identify and exploit opportunities provided by public and private initiatives
